Cancel / Confirmatory deposit?

The total amount must be paid within 45 days prior to arrival at the Facility. Cancellation of the trip entitles you to a refund of the amounts paid less bank charges and penalties indicated herein, registration fees and expenses to be incurred for cancellation of I.T. services and individual stays: - up to 30 days before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: no penalty; - from the 29th day to the 9th day before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: 50% of the fee that would have been due if the contract had been properly executed; - from the 8th day to the 4th day before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: 75% of the consideration that would have been due if the contract had been regularly executed; - from the 3rd day before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: 100% of the consideration that would have been due if the contract had been duly executed.

Information about Children and extra beds?

To be notified at time of reservation: crib and/or high chair rental. To be paid locally: crib, high chair and Euro 3.00 each per day.

Half Board or Full Board treatment?

To be checked with the campground. There are: four restaurants-pizzeria including one with a large terrace overlooking the lake, take-away, five snack bars, ice cream parlor, fish & chips

Additional Information?

In this facility you will find Happy Camp's dedicated reception! Security deposit Euro 100.00 in cash on arrival. - Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations. - For safety reasons during your stay it is mandatory to wear a bracelet provided by the camp.

Accommodations are air-conditioned?

All except Happy Maxi Tent. Cost Euro 5.00 per day to be paid on site.

Is there an entertainment service or mini club?

Animation for children with mini club and for adults, from April to closing basic program while from mid-May to mid-September rich animation program; playground, soccer field, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, archery, fireworks shows on the water in high season every 15 days; extra charge: tennis court, bike rental, buoys, park with inflatable games, Waterski Center with paraflying, parasailing and banana boat; canoes and Sup, beach volleyball and area equipped to outdoor gym.

The pool is suitable for children?

Water park consisting of five large pools with slides and water features; adult slide, three other children's and adult pools, all equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers (subject to availability); swim cap required in semi-Olympic pool, Bel Island with geysers and water features for younger children; Bel Beach small sandy beach with sun loungers and umbrellas (subject to availability). Pools open from April to late September (subject to weather conditions).

You must leave the mobile homes clean or € 40.00 will be withheld from the deposit for Happy Maxi Tent and Happy Classic, Standard, Standard Extra and Comfort; € 50.00 for Happy Premium, Plus, Superior and Premium Suite.
