Cancel / Confirmatory deposit?

The total amount must be paid within 45 days prior to arrival at the Facility. Cancellation of the trip entitles you to a refund of the amounts paid less bank charges and penalties indicated herein, registration fees and expenses to be incurred for cancellation of I.T. services and individual stays: - up to 30 days before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: no penalty; - from the 29th day to the 9th day before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: 50% of the fee that would have been due if the contract had been properly executed; - from the 8th day to the 4th day before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: 75% of the consideration that would have been due if the contract had been regularly executed; - from the 3rd day before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: 100% of the consideration that would have been due if the contract had been duly executed.

Information about Children and extra beds?

To be communicated at the time of booking: crib and/or high chair rental Euro 3.00 each per day.

Half Board or Full Board treatment?

To be arranged on site. There are restaurant-pizzeria with take-out, bar

Additional Information?

Security deposit Euro 100.00 in cash on arrival. - Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations. - For safety reasons during your stay, it is mandatory to wear a bracelet provided by the campsite.

Accommodations are air-conditioned?

Yes, included.

Is there an entertainment service or mini club?

Daytime and evening entertainment for children with mini-club, and for adults from mid-June to the end of August. Playground, soccer fields, volleyball, table tennis, fitness area, sauna. Extra charge: sport fishing.

The pool is suitable for children?

Swimming pool with slide for children, equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers subject to availability, swimming cap compulsory; pool open from 01/05/22 to camp closing.

The use of the swimming pool is included in the price?

Yes.

The beach is equipped or free?

Free beach about 800 m from the campground, sandy, reached by crossing a road and using the free shuttle bus provided by the campground, beach bar.

How far is the Camping from the beach?

The Facility is about 800 meters from the sea.

How far is the village from the nearest city center?

On the Etruscan Coast, Siena (approx. 100 km), Florence (approx. 121 km).

Accommodations are equipped with bed linen, bath linen and crockery?

Crockery provided. Linens to be communicated at the time of booking and to be paid locally. (Double Set Euro 20.00 per change: 1 double sheet, 2 towels - Single Set Euro 15.00 per change: 1 single sheet, 1 towel - Towel Set Euro 10.00 per change: 1 shower towel, 1 face).

Accommodations are equipped with TV?

No.

Is there a Club card to pay?

Card to access evening entertainment (after 9:30 p.m.), at the sport fishing ponds at a cost of 5 Euro per person over 12 years old, for the entire period.

Final cleaning is included in the price?

You must leave the mobile homes clean or € 40.00 will be withheld from the deposit for Happy Maxi Tent and Happy Classic, Standard, Standard Extra and Comfort; € 50.00 for Happy Premium, Plus and Premium Suite.
